How to measure and check fit
Stand on paper wearing any hosiery intended for use. Mark the back of the heel and tip of the longest toe, then measure the distance and widest part of the foot. Measure both feet and use the larger measurements when comparing with the supplier's chart.
Check that toes and heels sit within the footbed without overhang, the upper does not pinch across the toes or instep and the heel stays secure without the foot sliding forward. The zip should close smoothly without forcing it or compressing the foot; check for rubbing at the zip and surrounding edges. A zip fastening does not provide a confirmed adjustment range or guarantee a wide fit. A platform wedge and cushioned footbed do not guarantee stability or all-day support. Check balance and comfort on a clean, level indoor surface before extended wear, and take care on uneven or soft surfaces. Do not rely on material stretching to correct a tight fit.
